My Inspirement™ is a movement to help communities of choice design — and enjoy — a more attainable lifestyle that we all work so hard to reach. One that is lifted by an inclusive, caring, inter-generational circle of influence. Together, We Shine On.
About My Inspirement
If you’ve been following the results of organic Blue Zones or intergenerational compounds for decades, coupled with the reality of the housing and care crises many felt first-hand during the pandemic, My Inspirement believes the solution is right in front of us; found in a combination of cooperative housing models, supported by a community care lifestyle.
My Inspirement empowers people to compare existing choices with new innovations in housing and lifestyle services. This will make it easier to plan effectively as opposed to later in life when many are faced with a health or financial crisis.
Our Founder
“It's time to challenge the status quo in how we live.
By creating intuitive tools that help friends and families visualize all their options with trusted partners, My Inspirement enables more informed decision-making to turn a dream into reality.
With better planning and a clearer understanding of the real costs, people of all ages can live more affordably, enhance their quality of life, and have more opportunity to build generational wealth along the way.”
Danielle Cohn is the founder and CEO of My Inspirement™, empowering independently minded people (and their circles of influence) to rethink, plan for, and enjoy the lifestyles we all work so hard to reach. She brings 25+ years of personal and professional experience to this work as a recognized, sought-out expert and advisor on collaborative culture, innovation, and startup partnerships.
She founded, built, and led the global accelerator LIFT Labs at Comcast NBCUniversal, a Fortune 30 public company. Her team grew a diverse network of more than 3,000 global founders, and launched 100+ startups across the business in strategic areas such as the future of work, entertainment, fintech, and caretech.
She mentored in the Techstars Future of Longevity and Inglis Accessibility accelerators, and was an advisor in the first care economy market study and CareOS cohort focused on the intersection of housing and care, led by Melinda French Gates’ Pivotal Ventures. This work, and her personal experience as a caregiver to her father, led Danielle to focus this chapter on advancing innovations in the cooperative housing and lifestyle space through My Inspirement.
Prior to Comcast, Danielle served as Vice President of Marketing + Communications at the Philadelphia Convention + Visitors Bureau where she advised Mayors and Governors. This time opened her eyes to the greater impact tech and innovation have on destinations and the diverse people who live, work, or travel there.
Danielle co-founded an endowed scholarship at The Klein School of Communications at Temple University, her alma matter. She holds certificates from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton Executive Education in Blue Ocean Strategy and Women in Leadership, and studied The Coaching Way with Tara Mohr and at Modern Elder Academy with Chip Conley. She’s an Entrepreneur in Residence at Yale University.
Danielle lives between Malvern, PA, and Longport, NJ, where she enjoys spending time with family, beach walks, photography, traveling, singing, lifelong learning, and advising startup leaders and executives in transition.
